This 1922 Peace Dollar has been certified PCGS MS63, representing a well-preserved Mint State example of one of the most iconic silver dollars in U.S. history. Struck during the first year of large-scale Peace Dollar production, this issue reflects the post–World War I optimism that inspired the series.
Composed of 90% silver, the Peace Dollar was designed by Anthony de Francisci and features Lady Liberty on the obverse with a perched eagle on the reverse, symbolizing peace and strength. The MS63 grade displays attractive original luster with moderate contact marks consistent with normal Mint State handling.
Encapsulated in an official PCGS holder for long-term protection and authenticity, this coin is an excellent choice for collectors of classic U.S. silver dollars, early Peace Dollar issues, or PCGS-certified coinage.
